Two rooms do most of the work here. One at the bottom of the building, one at the top.

Start at the bottom

The fitness center

A real room, already built and already in use — rubber underfoot, a mirrored wall, daylight down one side, and enough floor to use a bar without moving anything. Every photograph below is that room.

You can see
the whole grid

Motor Avenue crosses the Westside on the diagonal, and the roof is where you get to watch it do it — the streets running one way, the avenue running another, and the light going down between them. An open deck with pergolas for shade, long tables, benches and planted edges, and city on every side of it.

All three frames are the same deck, photographed across one evening. Furniture and planting are shown as photographed.

Coming and going

Between the street
and your door.

A controlled door at the front, an elevator instead of the stairs with the shopping, and the garage underneath. Bikes get racks of their own so they never have to ride up with you.

  • Controlled access

A door between the street and the stairs.

  • Elevator

    Every floor, groceries included.

  • Garage parking

On site. Ask leasing about spaces and fees.

  • Bike racks

Ballona Creek Trail starts near the door.

Looking after it

A building that
is looked after.

Management is in the building rather than across town, recycling is part of the routine, and the ground floor is commercial space — so there is something at street level besides a lobby door.

  • On-site management

A team here, not a phone tree.

  • Recycling

    Part of the everyday.

  • Ground-floor commercial

    Street-level space on Motor Avenue.

  • Cats and dogs

35 lb limit; breed restrictions apply.
