Everything we have

Fifty-one frames of one building at the crossing — the homes, the roof at golden hour, the gym, and the street it faces.

Inside the homes

Seven residences

Twenty-eight photographs across seven homes — 17, 702, 703, 704, 708, 709 and 710. Every residence has two or three bedrooms and a bathroom for each of them, a full kitchen with energy-efficient stainless appliances, a washer and dryer in the unit, central air and heat, and its own patio. 692 to 909 square feet.

The homes are shown furnished so the rooms read at a glance; furniture is not included, and layouts, finishes and views vary by apartment.

Residence 703 · The patio Motor Avenue cuts the Westside grid at an angle; from the patios you can see it happen.

Residence 702 Three frames

The only bathroom in the set, and the one kitchen photographed with a peninsula and stools.

Residence 703 Five frames

Kitchen, dining and living in a line to the patio doors, two bedrooms, and the patio furnished. The unfurnished patio above is this home too.

Residence 704 Three frames

The whole living end in one frame, and a bedroom with a mirrored closet facing the patio door.

Residence 708 Three frames

The living end from three positions — towards the patio, towards the kitchen, and across to the bedroom door.

Residence 709 Two frames

A living room with the patio door on the long wall, and the kitchen with a breakfast bar.

Residence 710 Three frames

The longest view in the set: front door, kitchen, dining and living in one line to the patio.

Above the intersection

The roof, all day

Thirteen frames of the same deck. Ten were made in the half hour on either side of sunset — one of them opens this page — and three in flat daylight, which is the only way to see how the pergolas and the planting are actually laid out.

By day Three frames

Filed with the exteriors on the old site; they are the roof.

Downstairs

The fitness center

Built, equipped and photographed — five frames of one room, taken from each corner of it. Cardio, a functional trainer and cable machine, free weights, and a mirrored wall.

Arrival

3657 Motor Avenue

Three frames from the street and two from inside the door. Balconies step across the whole face of the building above a wood-clad ground floor with commercial glazing; behind the door, a lobby of stone tile and wood slats with the address on the wall.

Video tours

Seven 3D walkthroughs

They are hosted by Matterport rather than by the leasing site, and they open here inside a consent-gated viewer, because the embed sets its own cookies.

They are not embedded on this page yet, and that is deliberate. All seven are currently published without names — a screen reader announces each one as “Video” and nothing more — so they are being labelled before they are wired in. An unnamed tour is not a tour anyone can choose.

In the meantime, leasing will walk you through any home live, on video or in person: (310) 853-1532, Monday to Friday 9 AM–5 PM and Saturday to Sunday 11 AM–4 PM, Pacific Time.

Come and look.

Photographs are photographs. The roof is better.
